At Staglands we will work with you to create a truly memorable Christmas party. We are happy to accommodate large or small groups, Santa can be on-hand if needed (fee applies) and your party can be catered or self-catered!

Children $11 (there is no charge for children aged 3 and under & all children receive a free food bag).

Exclusive hire of The Barn
The Barn is ideal for a large groups (40+ people) and makes a fantastic venue for Christmas parties. It has a sheltered veranda overlooking a beautiful pond and waterfall, a gas BBQ that can be used free of charge, tables, chairs and an area for bouncy castles or other games if needed. It can fit up to 150 guests standing or 90 seated.
Early booking is advised.
If you would like to hire it out exclusively for your Christmas Party, the minimum charge is $800* This fee only applies for the six weekends prior to Christmas.
(*Please note that the minimum charge is $800. If total admission cost for your group is more than $800 then an additional admission charge will apply).
A non-refundable deposit of $400 is required to secure hire of The Barn. This can be paid by credit card, direct credit or cash.

Hire of The Café*
Only available after 5pm.
Includes the adjacent BBQ deck and outdoor area if required and/or The Nook, a separate room within The Cafe
Can fit up to 100 people standing or 60 seated inside and 80 seated outside.
Cost is $120 per hour + $30 per hour staff charge. If we supply catering we may waive the staff charge.
Minimum 3 hours hire applies.
A 50% non-refundable deposit Is required to secure hire of The Cafe.
Small Groups Options (max 40 guests):
There are a number of areas available around The Reserve that are available for small groups of up to 40 people.
Our BBQ deck beside The Cafe can hold up to 40 depending on the mix of adults and children. A booking charge of $80 (non-refundable) applies to book the BBQ deck during the 6 weekends prior to Christmas, otherwise it is free.
There are also picnic areas throughout The Reserve available for small groups. Please talk to us about the options available.
Hire of The Nook*
The Nook is a separate room within The Cafe.
It can fit up to 25 people seated.
Available 9.30am - 5pm
Cost is $80 per hour.
Minimum 3 hours hire applies.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure hire of The Nook.
(*Cafe and / or Nook may not be available during school holidays and public holidays).
